The Lancaster Convention Center is 50,000 square feet and will be split into two rooms, one for cheer and one for gymnastics and vendors.  The ceilings are at least 40 feet high and there will be seating for 500 people using three riser levels for easy viewing. 


The Lancaster Marriott has 150 elegant rooms, a huge indoor pool with jacuzzi, two restaurants, fitness center, and centrally located in Historic Lancaster.  Ample off street parking is available throught the hotel or Convention Center.


The Spieth Anderson Equipment is all brand new and meets FIG requirements for landings and specifications.  There will be two sets of all equipment, with the exception of Floor, there will be a 8' x 64' tumbling strip for floor warm ups.


The Competition Format will be Modified Capital Cup, where all athletes warm up and compete on the same equipment (two sets of equipment allows one team to warm up while the other is competing).


Coaches and Athletes will receive gift bags.


There will be a Coach's Party on Saturday night from 9pm - Midnight held at the Marriott hotel.  Free food and spirits will be available. 


Awards will be held immediately following each competition.  The trophies, medals and team awards will be custom made this year and we are excited by their design.  Awards will be given out to at least 50 percent of athletes.
The overall team winner will recieve a $500.00 Gift Certificate to Mancinos!

Raffles We will be raffling off McKenna (American Girl Doll), or a chance to win one of the following: a 50" flat screen TV, or 2 adult & 3 child passes to Hershey Park, or a Folding pink panel mat . Tickets are $2 a chance.


Scoring will be done using triple redundancy and will utilize the new and efficient Scoremaster program.  This new program will allow for accuracy and prompt scoring.
